Test Rig Configuration Defaults.

Contains tuned parameters for various test scenarios. These are "best guess" defaults for a typical setup with the 17HS4401S motor.

Note

Reference switches and encoder configuration have been moved to PlatformConfig_TestRig. Use PlatformConfig_TestRig::ReferenceSwitches and PlatformConfig_TestRig::Encoder instead.
